I am: father, son, husband, spiritual, friend, pious, impious, devious, sometimes happy, staid, unobtrusive, gregarious, conscienceforger, an apparition of who I used to be and yet light enough to know that dark is my favorite color.
I'm a Christian who loves creation, the mysteries of life, the supernatural, fantasy and science-fiction. I've always been a geek. I'm most comfortable in all black, though I tend to wear pretty much whatever falls out of the closet. For the Christians who read this journal, know that there are pagans lurking about. Treat them with respect and demonstrate the light of Christ through word and deed. You don't have to respect their choice of religion, but I do ask that you respect them.
My life is in a constant state of change. Though I strive to be a solid provider, circumstances never seem to work out that way. After a vindictive boss fired me from a dream job at the Georgia Aquarium, I returned to what I have always known to be a missing part of my soul - writing. So now I write, full-time, and make an ok living at it. |
